RECKLESS Arts is a multidisciplinary arts and media programme based in Swan Youth Service, facilitated by participatory media practitioner Shireen Shortt. Emerging young artists in the programme are developing their own creative work and shaping their own distinct arts and media practices across various mediums including street art, photography, film, and sound.
