Jade: I want to get more mentally funny. I want to come up with lines that are like subliminally more funny and reference pop culture, ye know?
Shireen: That people won't get straight away? Is that it?
Jade: Yeah, and I definitely want to challenge the white male view of like, and racism, but I don't want to speak on behalf of anyone else. Do you know what I mean? I definitely wanna like, say LGBTQ+ and make it something
Shireen: Are you putting it in there, or visually on there? Jade: Visually. [...]
Jade: I love just fully writing it all down and then going back and changing it ... but I never really go back and change it, 'cause I'm like...
Shireen: OK, so this might not be the final draft, is that what you're saying? That you might take elements of this and mix it with something new?
Jade: This is definitely not Shireen: It's not there yet Jade: It's definitely not what I picture.
Shireen: Because it's missing what?
Jade: Like ten more songs (laugh)
Shireen: So you want to look at that racial stuff
Jade: Yeah, but I don't want to challenge it all at the same time. Cause I don't wanna talk about stuff that I don't really know.
Shireen: That's a really good point. 'Cause that's where you found your strength here right, cause you are talking about stuff you fully know.
Jade: Yea
Shireen: And what about the online abuse stuff? 'Cause you talked about that a lot.... Your body positivity stuff, your ownership of your body, which you're doing just by the absolute graphicness of what you're writing about... (laughs)
Shireen:... curfew for men. What was that about? Jade: Oh, you remember they were saying...
Shireen: Oh yea...
Jade: Yea.

Shireen (reading notes): I play by my own moral compass. If I was a superhero I'd be radioactive, I can make things grow when I'm done with you.
